For Fall/Winter 2026, Moncler brings this iconic expedition jacket back to life as part of its exclusive Re/Icons collection, combining the adventurous spirit of the original with modern materials, refined details and an unmistakably voluminous silhouette.
The women’s Karakorum 2026 features a striking oversized, rounded silhouette characterized by generously inflated horizontal quilting, substantial down-filled chambers and a softly elasticated waistline that subtly defines its distinctive puffy shape. Originally constructed from rugged cotton, this contemporary reinterpretation is crafted from lightweight, lustrous 10-denier micro-ripstop nylon with a water-repellent finish, complemented by a smooth Longue Saison lining and premium down insulation.
Its imposing detachable hood, protective high collar and knitted cuffs provide additional warmth and comfort, while the snap-button front closure preserves the jacket’s expedition-inspired aesthetic. A large flap pocket dominates the chest, adorned with a special metallic Moncler Re/Icons emblem inspired by vintage alpine souvenir pins. Discreet zipped pockets offer practical storage without compromising the design.
