DESCRIPTION
The Babaton Duvet Puffer is one of Aritzia’s most distinctive winter jackets, combining an oversized, duvet-inspired silhouette with a refined and minimalist look. Its signature wrap-front construction, wide horizontal down chambers and generously padded hood give the jacket its characteristic soft, cocoon-like appearance.
Filled with 700+ fill-power goose down, the Duvet Puffer was designed to provide substantial warmth without sacrificing its clean, sculptural shape. Depending on the version, the outer shell features either Babaton’s smooth Soft Satin fabric or a more reflective finish. Aritzia describes the classic fabric as water-repellent and windproof, while the glossy version uses its water-repellent and wind-resistant Lite Shine taffeta.
The collection was offered in three main lengths: Shorty, Mid and Long, ranging from a shorter everyday jacket to a full-length winter coat. From 2022, Babaton also introduced a high-shine version, giving the Duvet Puffer a much glossier nylon appearance reminiscent of Aritzia’s famous Super Puff styles.
